Newly Remodeled Bungalow One Bedroom One Bath
This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Half a mile walk in any direction and you are in the Boise foot hills for hiking or biking, the Boise river and gorgeous green belt paths, Boise State University or the heart of downtown Boise.
